Partnership Office Analyst Intern

About the role

Syneos Health España offers a 12-month internship (6 months initially, extendable) as a Partnership Office & Executive Assistant Intern. It gives hands-on exposure to strategic account management, business analytics and executive support within a global life sciences organization, working across Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain tools, templates and processes for partnership management, including operating manuals, governance charters, presentations and reports.
• Support reporting, dashboards and analytics across strategic accounts.
• Coordinate governance meetings: agendas, logistics, minutes and action tracking.
• Research and analyse data to generate insights for client solutions, account planning and proposals.
• Support customer and partnership surveys, account reviews and strategic planning materials.
• Manage calendars, travel and meetings for senior leadership, and prepare agendas, briefing materials and follow-ups.
• Help organise industry conferences, executive meetings, SyncUp events and client-facing activities.
• Track budgets and expenses, and organise business documents, presentations and records.
• Gather market intelligence, run competitive analyses and contribute to client-facing materials and proposals.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Life Sciences, Economics, Marketing or International Business.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
• Curiosity about the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and comfort working across international teams.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
