Parts Specialist

About the role

MSX International Group is the leading global provider of outsourced business solutions for the automotive industry, operating in more than 80 countries. It is looking for a Parts Specialist to act as the main point of contact for its dealer network in Spain and Portugal, managing inquiries and issues efficiently while delivering an excellent level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inquiries on parts availability, parts identification, pricing, delivery lead times and logistics.
• Handle dealer network issues, keeping close communication and responding quickly and effectively.
• Resolve technical questions about the Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC/EPCM).
• Monitor national transportation deliveries and manage incidents, claims and returns.
• Coordinate technical issues with internal teams and support operations daily using the ERP system.
• Take part in process improvement and digitalization projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in parts operations, aftersales, dealer support or B2B customer service.
• Technical knowledge of the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Native-level Spanish, B2 English and B1 Portuguese.
• Strong administrative and analytical skills.
