People & Culture Manager

About the role

Casa Très is looking for a People & Culture Manager to shape and sustain the company’s unique culture as it expands its luxury event production across Europe and beyond. Reporting directly to the founders, you will be based in the Barcelona office and own the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to day‑to‑day experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for production, creative and operations teams, including freelance crews and specialists in 11+ countries.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs that quickly bring new hires up to speed on‑site.
• Develop and maintain the company’s culture through rituals, internal communications and hospitality standards.
• Manage employee experience during intense build weeks, travel periods and seasonal peaks, incorporating recovery and balance initiatives.
• Create a simple performance framework with clear expectations, regular feedback and growth pathways.
• Identify training needs across technical, production and client‑facing roles and coordinate learning solutions.
• Oversee HR operations: contracts, payroll coordination, holidays, absences and record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish employment law and coordinate cross‑border HR matters in Monaco, France and other locations.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in HR, people operations or a generalist role, preferably within events, hospitality, agency or fast‑moving project environments.
• Comfortable being the first dedicated people partner, building processes from the ground up.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Spanish employment law and HR administration.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
