People Experience Advisor - HR Operations

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a People Experience Advisor in its Digital Services, based in Orbigo, Spain. The role supports service operations for the Hospital de Órbigo Plant, acting as the main point of contact for employees' HR questions and helping to meet service level agreements and obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for the plant's employees on HR-related inquiries and advise on HR policies, procedures and local labour compliance.
• Prepare and process employment contracts in line with Spanish labour law, and manage employee data in HR systems.
• Generate HR reports on headcount, absenteeism and staff control, and handle employee updates in Spain's social security platform (new hires, terminations, contract changes).
• Manage HR cases in Service Now and support recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with workstreams such as Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Work and Life, and contribute to process improvements.
• Support documentation for labour relations and legal compliance, and help prepare SMETA audits.
• Take part in local and global initiatives such as DEI, the engagement survey, the equality plan and the non-financial report, and support Organizational Pillar activities under the IL6S framework.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration or Psychology.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles, with knowledge of labour contract management, Spanish labour law, social security systems and compliance.
• Fluent English and Spanish; international experience is a plus.
• Good team player who can influence others, with initiative and effective communication.

• SAP experience.
