People Lead Intern - Human Resources

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a motivated intern to join its Human Resources department as a People Lead Support Intern in Madrid, Spain. The internship starts in August 2026, lasts 6 months and pays 1,000 euros per month. Selection takes place in English because the work is in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR strategy
• Support employees and internal communications
• Support human capital reporting and analysis
• Support the development of internal policies and negotiations
• Contribute to employer branding and drive the people strategy and planning

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Human Resources or an equivalent field
• Completed an internship in an HR department of a multinational company
• Eager to learn and grow
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint are highly valued
• Project management tools are a plus
