People Experience (HR) Director, Go-to-Market (remote in Europe)

About the role

As the People Experience (HR) Director for Go‑to‑Market, you will own the delivery of the People Experience operating model across Docplanner’s core markets in Europe and Latin America. Reporting to the Deputy Chief People Officer, you will lead a network of local PX Heads, partner with the COO and Country Managers, and sit on the PX Leadership team to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Run the People Experience operating model in each market, meeting KPI targets and providing hands‑on support where needed.
• Own and drive business reviews with Country Heads, local PX Heads, the dCPO and COO, highlighting gaps and defining action plans.
• Increase talent density in country leadership teams by assessing bench strength, advising on mobility, development or replacement, and facilitating global‑to‑local talent moves.
• Represent market realities in global PX projects, ensuring solutions are tailored to local needs and priorities.
• Improve local PX team efficiency by tracking productivity, implementing process and technology improvements, and converting them into measurable gains.
• Coach and support local PX leaders with continuous feedback and guidance on complex local decisions.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience, preferably in a multi‑country, fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of disciplined, results‑oriented execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders across functions and geographies.
• Fluent in English; additional European language proficiency is a plus.
