People & Talent Lead – HR Operations

About the role

THEKER is a fast‑growing robotics and AI company based in Barcelona. As the People & Talent Lead you will shape and scale the People function during a period of exponential growth, working directly with founders and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve end‑to‑end hiring processes to increase velocity while maintaining high standards.
• Develop and roll out onboarding frameworks that can scale with rapid headcount growth.
• Define role clarity, organizational structure, and documentation as the company expands.
• Build basic People systems and internal knowledge bases.
• Contribute to the overall People strategy and organizational foundations.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Psychology, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in People, Talent Acquisition or similar roles within high‑growth or tech environments.
• Strong ownership mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and fast execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Hands‑on, autonomous work style and willingness to work onsite in Barcelona.
