Plant Coordination Support Internship

About the role

Join Airbus' Graduate Programme in Spain as a Plant Coordination Support Intern. You will combine a master‑level training programme with an 11‑month on‑site internship, gaining hands‑on experience in plant coordination, safety, and administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing, classifying and filing documentation related to risk assessments, preventive planning, industrial hygiene, and investment management.
• Support the digitalisation of files and maintain coordination system databases.
• Prepare reports, presentations and internal communications for the above areas.
• Help schedule and monitor periodic reviews, internal audits and training sessions.
• Record distribution of Personal Protective Equipment and accompany staff on safety inspections.
• Gather legislative and technical information, tabulate basic data and contribute to safety‑culture initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate from any discipline with a strong interest in the aeronautical sector.
• Willingness to work full‑time (40 h/week) on‑site in Albacete.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks, follow procedures and support team activities.

Required skills

• Basic data entry and analysis.
• Familiarity with digitalisation tools and database maintenance.
