Power Platform Administrator

About the role

Roche is looking for a Power Platform Administrator in Madrid to ensure the security, scalability and health of its Power Platform program. You will be the key technical expert on the platform's setup and configuration, managing environments, DLP policies and governance frameworks so that citizen developers and application teams can use it safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the creation, configuration and decommissioning of environments in line with security standards, and influence access control, data residency, encryption and DLP policies.
• Manage user licensing, monitor platform capacity and health metrics, and implement automations for administration.
• Provide technical leadership and supervision to other administrators and contribute to the platform roadmap, including deploying the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.
• Analyze performance metrics and usage data to optimize resource allocation and support continuous improvement.
• Support innovation and knowledge sharing, and review governance practices regularly.
• Write and review documentation showing compliance with enterprise processes, security requirements and regulations such as GxP and GDPR.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Power Platform administrator in a large, regulated organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft certifications demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Power Platform.
• Experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence, including installation, configuration and customization of the CoE Starter Kit.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and usage data, troubleshoot platform-wide issues, and negotiate with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Full Microsoft Power Platform, including the Power Platform Admin Center, encryption and access controls.
• Application development on the Power Platform or other Microsoft technologies.
• Understanding of governance policies and security protocols.
• Strong verbal and written communication, coaching and leadership skills.
