Process Engineer – Assembly A350F

About the role

Airbus Operations in Illescas is looking for a Process Engineer to support the assembly of the A350F aircraft. You will work closely with the Industrial Configuration Engineer and the production teams to ensure that every product is built to the correct configuration from design through to series production.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and maintain the correct configuration throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Industrial Configuration Engineer to align technical specifications.
• Handle technical queries from the shop floor and autonomous production teams.
• Prepare definition dossiers based on engineering inputs.
• Develop concept dossiers in partnership with the industrial architect.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• High adaptability to new topics and business areas, with a networking mindset.
• Willingness to travel within Europe.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Technical background that includes programming in C# and advanced use of CATIA.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
