Process Manager for T Cloud Public

About the role

T-Systems Iberia is looking for a Process Manager for its T Cloud Public product, a public cloud standard built on open-source community software and driven by DevSecOps principles. The role adapts and implements IT processes to the needs of modern cloud IT operations, in a lean, agile environment with flat hierarchies and intercultural teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and implement processes to the needs of modern cloud IT operations
• Eliminate wait times in Agile workflows
• Automate consistently with common frameworks
• Design and implement internal tools and services
• Maintain an overview of processes, communication and motivation within the team
• Establish and communicate processes where necessary
• Contribute to improving overarching process landscapes and structures

Required profile

• Completed studies in a technical, engineering or business subject, or comparable professional training
• 5-7 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Required skills

• Good knowledge of process creation and documentation, especially for DevOps
• Extensive knowledge of infrastructure automation
• Knowledge of agile development processes
• Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches
• OpenStack and programming experience in open source projects is a plus
