Procure to Pay Specialist

About the role

The Procure to Pay Specialist supports Gartner’s global associates by managing procurement systems and processes for IT and non‑IT products and services. The role ensures compliance with established procedures while providing day‑to‑day support to internal customers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement activities in accordance with Gartner’s policies.
• Make independent decisions when interacting with vendors and resolving issues.
• Operate Coupa and Oracle Fusion procurement platforms.
• Manage community email inboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Oversee the requisitioning and purchase order system, educate business users and suppliers, and develop training materials.
• Collaborate across functions to drive efficiency initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Procure‑to‑Pay specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of P2P best practices and ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Excellent communication, customer‑service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Coupa procurement system.
• Oracle Fusion procurement module.
• Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
