Product Manager – Mobility Services & AI (Global Auto Domain)

About the role

Openbank, the digital banking arm of Santander, is seeking a Product Manager to lead Mobility Services & AI initiatives within its Global Auto Domain. Based in Boadilla del Monte, Spain, you will work in a hybrid model to shape the mobility ecosystem, extending the bank’s relationship with customers beyond traditional vehicle financing.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for mobility‑related products and services across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify, develop, test and scale new mobility propositions that increase engagement, retention and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with local markets to validate product‑market fit and incorporate feedback.
• Explore opportunities in connected, autonomous, electric and shared mobility, including integrated payment experiences.
• Design AI‑enabled solutions that enhance vehicle ownership, usage and mobility experiences.
• Build scalable partnerships with OEMs, mobility providers, payment partners and internal Santander teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within mobility, automotive finance or digital services.
• Strong understanding of emerging mobility trends and AI applications.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical, commercial and regulatory stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on creating new revenue streams and customer value.
