Product Marketing Specialist - HVAC & Heating

About the role

Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable climate and water comfort, is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist for its HVAC and heating products. Reporting to the Marketing Manager Spain & Portugal, the role helps shape the product roadmap, supports product commercialization, creates launch materials, manages existing product lines and helps Sales drive revenue. It bridges R&D, Engineering, Sales and Marketing with the Central Product Department, turning technical information into effective marketing and sales messages. The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Product Management to define the Spanish and Portuguese market product roadmap and meet country-specific requirements.
• Manage product launches and ensure alignment and phase-in/out activities.
• Manage price sheets and support the development of pricing programs.
• Develop, maintain and update commercial and technical materials that turn technical issues and data into clear marketing and sales messages.
• Monitor market data, trends, regulations, legislation and competitors.
• Track sales and profitability, spotting threats, opportunities and improvement areas and following up on them.
• Support sales forecasts and mix analysis, linking sales administration, planning and logistics.
• Support the marketing department at corporate and country level in developing programs that drive additional sales.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering; a specialization in marketing is an asset.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management within the distribution sector (B2B).
• Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish; Italian is an asset.
• Relational skills, analytical and organizational abilities, flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to travel is a must.

• Technical knowledge of HVAC installations and their operation.
• Ability to convert technical issues and data into effective marketing and sales messages.
