Product Owner

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Product Owner in Madrid who will shape the product vision, own the roadmap and help scale growth opportunities. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology and customer experience, partnering with engineering, design and business stakeholders to deliver products that solve real problems.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap, keeping priorities aligned with growth and long-term strategy
• Track industry trends, competitors and customer needs, turning insights into product direction
• Define and monitor product success metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement
• Turn roadmap initiatives into actionable requirements, features, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Break down concepts into prioritized, executable user stories managed in JIRA
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and delivery in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment
• Document requirements and decisions in Atlassian Confluence
• Remove delivery impediments and incorporate customer and stakeholder feedback to improve the product

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven Product Management / Product Owner experience in an Agile environment
• Fluent English
• Data-driven mindset and strong stakeholder management skills
