Product Specialist Trainee - Remote Technical Support

About the role

Roche is looking for a Product Specialist Trainee in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The main responsibility is to provide specialized remote technical and applications support to users of analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines. The position is hybrid: you work remotely but also collaborate with colleagues in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote technical and applications support to analyzer users in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines
• Maintain excellent communication, follow-up and proactive collaboration with customers to resolve issues quickly
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
• Train and guide customers on the operation and maintenance of the analyzers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Student of Biomedical Engineering, Biomedicine or Health and Life Sciences
• Ability to make curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with conversational ability and good writing skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong teamwork and analytical thinking
