Product Trainee Program – 18‑Month Graduate Role

About the role

Avarda Group is launching an 18‑month Product Trainee Program in Malaga. As a trainee you will join the Customer Acquisition & Experience track, working on the public web, checkout and post‑purchase journeys to help shape how customers discover and use our products.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, tech, design and commercial teams to improve conversion, onboarding and post‑acquisition flows.
• Analyse customer behaviour and data to inform requirements and roadmap for specific touchpoints.
• Own end‑to‑end ownership of a customer‑facing feature, from research through delivery.
• Participate in cross‑domain rotations to gain exposure across Avarda’s product platform.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in digital products and customer acquisition.
• Curious, fast learner who enjoys tackling complex problems and asking “why”.
• Critical thinker who can weigh trade‑offs and challenge ideas constructively.
• Excellent communicator in English and comfortable working in cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of digital platforms, APIs or multi‑sided markets (nice to have).
• Familiarity with AI tools or AI‑assisted workflows (optional).
