Production Activity Controller (Temp Agency)

About the role

A temporary Production Activity Controller position is available in Sevilla San Pablo, within the Production Planning & Scheduling job family. The role covers daily production monitoring, work order management and coordination of outstanding logistics flows.

Key responsibilities

• Launch the daily routine on a one-week horizon and attend the daily production monitoring meeting, reporting production progress and parts availability and supporting the adjustment of daily priorities.
• Manage work orders from release to closure, including pull flow.
• Manage components, including missing parts and logistics distribution, covering potential availability, transfer protocols and unexpected missing parts.
• Coordinate parasitic flows with other departments: non-conformity, over-delivery, good issue errors, loss of parts and rob-on/cannibalization.
• Coordinate outstanding work: manage outstanding logistics flows and handle internal and external transfers of responsibility for work orders.

Required profile

• Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Advanced level of English.
• High adaptability to new topics and changing environments, and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have: experience managing teams and risk management.
