Program Management Officer – Tiger Program

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an experienced Program Management Officer to support the Tiger Program. You will work within a collaborative PMO community, ensuring project deadlines, budgets and resources are aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and analyse project deadlines, budgets and resource plans.
• Develop and maintain schedules, distribute tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage risk and opportunity registers, track milestones and conduct phase reviews.
• Control configuration changes and maintain contract data integrity.
• Implement project tools and processes across the Tiger Program.
• Prepare Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimate at Completion (EAC) and delta analyses.
• Support PMO activities in Marignane and Donauwörth sites and interface with Security, Export Control, Quality, IT and FMRE functions.
• Drive performance improvement and coordinate with AHE transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent English at negotiation level; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in aerospace.
• PMP certification or Airbus Program Management “SILVER” certificate is valued.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with contract creation and execution.
• Proven ability to work independently, lead teams and manage conflicts.
• Knowledge of government and defence clients (e.g., INTA, DGAM) is advantageous.
