Program Quality Manager – Airbase Morón

About the role

Airbus Defence and Space is seeking a Program Quality Manager to be based at Morón Air Base, supporting the C3 contract and Eurofighter maintenance activities. The role acts as the main liaison between Airbus and SAF for all quality and maintenance queries.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure aircraft readiness for delivery and compliance with all quality requirements.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System for the C3 contract.
• Serve as the focal point for Eurofighter maintenance issues, including ERCs, SL2000, equipment, technical publications and warranties.
• Create and maintain Airbus Maintenance Book, SAF Aircraft Book and related documentation, ensuring all tasks are closed before delivery.
• Control IHP warehouse quality, sign and store repair reports, and prepare Quality Discrepancy Reports (IDC) or PPS.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive process improvements.

Required profile

• Aerospace Engineering degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in quality management within aerospace or defence.
• Proactive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish language proficiency.

Required skills

• Quality Management System (QMS) implementation.
• Eurofighter maintenance processes (ERCs, SL2000).
• Maintenance documentation creation (Airbus Maintenance Book, SAF Aircraft Book).
• Repair report handling and quality discrepancy reporting.
