Programmatic Assistant

About the role

The Programmatic Assistant will support Barceló Group’s global digital advertising efforts, helping to plan, launch and optimise programmatic campaigns across more than 20 international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end global campaigns, from planning and execution to continuous optimisation.
• Operate daily on leading demand‑side platforms and partners such as DV360, Criteo, Spotify, Outbrain and Demand Gen.
• Collaborate closely with business, analytics, revenue and technology teams to align strategies and maximise return on investment.
• Design and test innovative ad formats, including digital audio and generative‑AI‑driven creatives, staying ahead of programmatic trends.
• Contribute to high‑value technology projects involving automation, AI, advanced audience creation and measurement models.

Required profile

• Data‑driven mindset, comfortable working with marketing metrics, audience data and analytical tools.
• Ability to blend rigorous analysis with creative thinking to solve challenges.
• Strong curiosity for new technologies and a proactive attitude toward experimentation.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously, propose improvements and develop professionally.
