Project Controls Manager - Data Centres

Key responsibilities

• Lead the schedule development lifecycle, from high-level planning to detailed execution, and lead planning sessions with the wider project management team
• Develop and manage the Owner's schedule, verify contractor schedules and reports cover all scope, and escalate when they lack key information
• Track and summarise schedule performance (s-curves, critical and sub-critical paths, planned vs actual variance, float trends, start/finish curves) and give stakeholders clear, actionable reports
• Develop and maintain resource-loaded schedules and run what-if / scenario analyses
• Visit the construction site frequently to support the team, build relationships and assess progress
• Promote continuous improvement, scalable solutions and team development

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline
• Strong knowledge of PMO and project controls, focused on scheduling and risk management
• Competence in Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Experience in data centres or pharma is a plus

• Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (mandatory)
• Acumen Fuse and PowerBI are a plus
