Project Manager – Workforce Management Software

About the role

As a Project Manager at Protime, part of the SD Worx group, you will lead the delivery of workforce management software implementations for clients across Europe. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while aligning with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple software implementation projects from initiation through delivery.
• Apply Protime’s proven project methodology, collaborating with clients, third‑party vendors and SD Worx teams.
• Monitor and report on project scope, budget, timelines and risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring proactive and clear communication.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and adapt to dynamic, non‑standardised processes.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients, solving issues on the fly and adjusting to changing needs.
