Public Relations Intern - Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor (Season 2027)

About the role

The Public Relations Intern supports the PR and Marketing team at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor in executing communication strategies, assisting with media relations and contributing to the hotel's storytelling. The internship offers hands-on experience in brand positioning, PR operations and media communication within a luxury resort, working closely with the Director of PR and the Director of Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Draft press releases, social media captions and internal communications
• Support media inquiries, press visits and influencer collaborations
• Monitor media coverage and compile PR reports with relevant metrics
• Help plan, schedule and engage on social media content
• Assist in organizing events, media gatherings and community outreach
• Maintain media contact lists and update communication materials
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for consistent messaging

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Hospitality or a related field
• Fluency in spoken English and Spanish
• Legal right to work in Spain
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and public relations, strong writing and interpersonal skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Required skills

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Publisher)
• General computer literacy

Schedule: seasonal full-time contract, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.
