Public Sector Process Manager

About the role

This full-time Public Sector Process Manager role owns moderately complex operational processes, works with stakeholders to improve them and keeps accurate documentation. It covers areas such as configuration and quote, deal coordination, bid management, margin analysis, Customer Resource Management, revenue recognition, invoicing and sales reporting. The position sits in Sales Operations and impacts the immediate team.

Key responsibilities

• Own a moderately complex operational process and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align processes with organizational goals.
• Maintain and update process documentation, including SOPs, and implement quality control measures, audits and KPI monitoring.
• Generate reports on process performance and share findings and recommendations with senior management.
• Recommend process enhancements, automation and optimization, and evaluate technology solutions supporting digital transformation.
• Resolve moderately complex operational issues and escalations while improving customer experience.
• Stay current on industry trends through training and skill development programs.

Required profile

• Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or commensurate experience; typically 2-4 years of experience, or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
• Preferred certification: Certified Sales Operations Professional (CSOP).
