Quality and Risk Officer

About the role

Join Forvis Mazars' Quality & Risk Management function supporting Switzerland from our Center of Excellence in Barcelona. As a Quality and Risk Officer you will help ensure compliance, independence, ethics and risk processes while coordinating operational activities across a dynamic international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and continuance processes.
• Assist in managing ethics, independence and compliance matters at firm level.
• Perform risk assessments, including KYC/AML reviews, international sanctions screening and cryptocurrency‑related risk analyses.
• Participate in monitoring activities, quality assurance reviews and internal control procedures.
• Contribute to strategic cross‑functional projects at local and Group levels.
• Manage registrations and filings with the Swiss Commercial Register.
• Draft reports, analyses and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in compliance, audit or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French; German is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
