Quality Business Partner

About the role

The Quality Business Partner will join Sanofi’s Country Quality Team in Spain, supporting both Barcelona and Madrid sites. Reporting to the Country Quality Head, the role ensures that all GxP activities comply with Sanofi’s global standards and local regulatory requirements while fostering a strong quality culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Quality Policy and country‑level Quality System for all GxP processes.
• Promote legally required quality standards and local regulatory requirements applicable to the affiliate.
• Drive a quality‑first mindset and coordinate the Quality network across country functions.
• Ensure proper management of GxP documents, records and data integrity.
• Maintain documented processes for all regulated activities and adapt corporate SOPs to local needs.
• Support regulatory inspections, manage audit strategy, monitor findings and coordinate with Audit Intelligence teams.
• Organise quality‑related training, manage personnel qualification records and develop continuous training programmes for GxP functions.
• Conduct the annual Country Quality Review and follow up on the Quality Programme and Action Plan.
• Oversee deviation, CAPA and change‑control processes to ensure timely and consistent handling.
• Monitor Country Quality Performance Indicators (QPI) defined by Global Quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in GxP quality management within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements and Sanofi global quality standards.
• Ability to lead audits, inspections and coordinate cross‑functional quality activities.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage documentation, training and continuous improvement programmes.
