Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Acquisition in Spain

About the role

Anthesis Group is seeking a proactive Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring processes across Spain. You will partner closely with hiring managers and local People teams to deliver high‑quality talent while ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles, from brief to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and interview structures.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using diverse channels and tools.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and drive the offer process efficiently.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Pinpoint ATS and ensure compliance with internal and regional policies.
• Provide regular pipeline updates, market insights, and support senior partners on complex roles.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in Spain.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, handling several roles simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Fluent in business English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, adaptable, and resilient.
