Recruiting Coordinator – Barcelona

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Barcelona. In this position you will ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams while supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare offer letters, support onboarding logistics, and assist with pre‑employment documentation.
• Partner with recruiters to manage job postings, pipeline updates, and hiring timelines.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events as needed.
• Help streamline and improve recruiting processes to boost efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a similar operations‑focused role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and comfort working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) tools.
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms.
