Regional Distributor Specialist (Temporary)

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Regional Distributor Specialist in Barcelona on a temporary basis, to replace someone temporarily absent. The specialist represents Red Bull in the region, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model in their area of responsibility, ensuring good customer service and the continuous development of the full Red Bull energy drinks portfolio in On Premise, Traditional and C&C accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial targets (volume and AER) and numeric and weighted distribution targets, and follow up the plans and initiatives defined in the Business Plan process
• Keep healthy stock levels at every wholesaler and distributor
• Support direct reports in defining and following up their development goals
• Define a long-term distribution model based on data and prepare an accurate annual financial plan for each strategic and important distributor, with accurate forecasting and budget follow-up
• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, take direct action and run programmes to stay top of mind with sales organisations, and own the monthly agenda between customer meetings and field visits
• Analyse sell-in targets by SKU and sell-out analysis of key accounts to set clear plans and targets, and work with internal stakeholders to turn insights into actions

Required profile

• 3+ years managing wholesalers or retail accounts
• Strong communication skills, strategic and innovative thinking, solutions-oriented approach and ability to facilitate relationships
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel 60%
