About the role
Centauro Rent a Car is seeking a proactive Rental Agent for its Zaragoza Estación Delicias branch. You will be the first point of contact for national and international customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant car‑rental experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Manage bookings and prepare rental contracts for the vehicle fleet.
- Advise customers and sell additional products that match their needs.
- Handle invoicing, payments, and financial transactions.
- Oversee vehicle check‑in and check‑out procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or sales (not mandatory).
- Advanced level of English.
- Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, five days a week.
- Valid driving licence.
