Enterprise Account Manager – DACH Region

About the role

Perk is building an all‑in‑one solution for business travel and expenses after acquiring Yokoy. We are looking for a German‑speaking Enterprise Account Manager to act as a strategic partner for our highest‑value clients across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and nurture a portfolio of enterprise accounts, building long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and executive sponsors.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, especially around Yokoy spend‑management capabilities, to drive net revenue retention.
• Deliver data‑driven Strategic Business Reviews to executive stakeholders, translating travel and spend analytics into clear ROI and actionable recommendations.
• Consult on platform best practices using deep knowledge of the Perk and Yokoy product ecosystems.
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, collaborating with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to guide rollouts and influence product roadmaps.
• Proactively address complex operational or technical challenges, establishing scalable solutions to ensure long‑term retention.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in German and professional fluency in English.
• Proven success in Enterprise Account Management or Customer Success within SaaS, FinTech, or TravelTech, consistently exceeding expansion and retention targets.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to, negotiate with, and advise C‑level executives.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex spend data into high‑level business strategies.
• Collaborative, low‑ego attitude that thrives on feedback, rapid iteration, and cross‑functional alignment.
