Restaurant Assistant – Granada Congress

About the role

Join the Barcelo Granada Congress team as a Restaurant Assistant, supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and banquet areas. You will work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, ensuring guests receive excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the service and sale of food and beverages, maintaining autonomy and responsibility.
• Perform auxiliary tasks such as preparing work areas, setting tables, and arranging banquet equipment.
• Keep the service zone and utensils clean and organized.
• Support customer service, including billing and payment collection.
• Collaborate with supervisors to follow service directives and standards.

Required profile

• Interest in the hospitality sector; no prior experience required, basic bar/restaurant experience valued.
• Ability to work in a high‑speed environment and demonstrate team spirit.
• Physical capacity to move beer barrels, carry trays, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
