Restaurant Manager – Lead Team & Guest Experience

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager who can turn a busy service into a seamless symphony. You will be the heartbeat of our operation, ensuring that every guest receives gracious hospitality while motivating a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, recruit and develop a world‑class front‑of‑house and kitchen team.
• Set daily goals, conduct briefings and maintain high morale.
• Act as ambassador of hospitality, delivering flawless brand standards and deep menu knowledge.
• Handle guest feedback promptly, turning challenges into loyalty opportunities.
• Monitor sales, optimise staffing schedules and implement strategies to boost profitability.
• Oversee inventory, payroll reporting and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure strict compliance with sanitation, food quality and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a senior supervisory or management role.
• Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
• Valid Food Badge and recent Police Certificate of Character.
• For non‑national applicants, a valid work permit is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with Point of Sale systems; MICROS experience is a major plus.
