Retail & Dealer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Retail & Dealer Marketing Manager will lead and coordinate dealer marketing initiatives across Spain, ensuring that national strategies are effectively executed at the local dealership level. This role is essential for boosting brand visibility, showroom traffic, lead generation, and overall retail performance while maintaining strict compliance with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail marketing strategies tailored to the Spanish dealer network to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Geely Auto and dealers for all marketing‑related matters.
• Provide dealers with toolkits, assets, and clear activation guidelines, ensuring alignment with national campaigns.
• Support dealers in planning and executing local events, partnerships, product placements, and in‑dealership activations.
• Manage retail campaign calendars and coordinate the rollout of offers, ensuring consistency and legal compliance.
• Track and analyse dealer marketing performance, identify gaps, and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct regular audits to verify brand compliance, proper campaign execution, and correct use of co‑op budgets.
• Review, validate, and approve dealer marketing invoices and claims.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the Spanish automotive market and dealer network dynamics.
• Proven experience in retail marketing execution and campaign management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and operational control capabilities.
• Ability to translate national strategies into effective local actions.
