Retail Store Manager – Malaga

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its ECI location in Málaga. You will lead the store, uphold the brand’s values, and drive performance in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by implementing sell‑out opportunities.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Control costs and oversee store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Monitor KPIs, run reports and communicate action plans to the District Manager.
• Analyse commercial data and take corrective actions to meet performance goals.
• Support team training, product knowledge sharing and recruitment of high‑calibre staff.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing retail teams and developing talent.
• Track record of driving KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Experience handling store operations, stock and administrative duties.
