Revenue Distribution Trainee

About the role

The Revenue Distribution Trainee supports the Distribution team in executing commercial and revenue management strategies that maximise direct and indirect revenue opportunities. The role also helps with tasks that drive operational excellence in the customer contact centre. It is a multifunctional position covering the Contact Centre, Distribution Optimisation and Distribution Systems, with flexibility to move between them depending on business needs. It sits in the Commercial function and offers exposure to regional commercial strategy and development in Revenue Management and Distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, quality management and reporting: audit and report issues, monitor call and email quality, and support implementation and documentation of operational and system changes.
• Reporting and analytics: support RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes and provide general operational support.
• Distribution optimisation: coordinate and maintain distribution across approved channels (OTA, GDS, Call Centre, Brand.com and others), monitor rate parity, inventory allocation and channel configuration, and support distribution updates and hotel-level support via the central ticketing system.
• Commercial strategy support: help implement revenue optimisation projects such as new partner rollouts and distribution activities.
• Performance monitoring: track connectivity performance dashboards, troubleshoot connectivity issues and send partner maintenance spreadsheets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in hospitality or Business Administration.
• Fluent written and spoken English; another European language is a plus.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with an academic institution.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and eagerness to learn.
