Revenue Operations Analyst – Customer Experience

About the role

We are looking for a GTM Operations Analyst to join the CX Operations team at Pleo. You will drive operational excellence across customer experience, retention and lifecycle workflows, manage CRM systems and data integrity, build reporting dashboards and translate data into actionable insights for proactive retention strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain operational dashboards in Looker, Vitally or Power BI to track customer health, onboarding progression, risk signals and renewals.
• Administer HubSpot or Salesforce, including field configuration, custom objects, data mapping and user access management.
• Analyze usage patterns to identify at‑risk accounts and support proactive retention interventions.
• Map and evaluate post‑sales and CX workflows, identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Partner with CX leadership, Sales Operations and GTM teams, conduct platform audits and automate workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as a CX Operations Analyst, Operations Specialist, Business Analyst or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Hands‑on experience administering CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and customer success tools (Vitally, Gainsight).
• Proficiency building BI dashboards (Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and strong analytical and communication skills.
