Revenue Technology Trainee (Internship)

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Revenue Technology Trainee in Madrid for a 6-month internship starting in mid-October. The intern helps develop and deliver automation solutions supporting the group's 5-Year Plan, improving efficiency in day-to-day revenue management. Working closely with the Revenue Technology & Data Manager, the intern supports the rollout of RHG Revenue Management Systems and related technologies across EMEA, and acts as a main point of contact for daily operations, stakeholder engagement and user training.

Key responsibilities

• Support OTA performance monitoring: evaluate OTA effectiveness against business objectives, find performance gaps and give data-driven insights to optimise distribution strategy.
• Support the development and implementation of automated solutions and tools in collaboration with the Revenue Management team.
• Design and run auditing and reporting processes for RPA, RMS and revenue technology activities, ensuring data quality and performance visibility.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards tracking KPIs and supporting RHG strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with an academic institution.
• Proficiency in English.
• Previous exposure to Revenue Management Systems (RMS) is a plus.
• Analytical and technical aptitude, good attention to detail and strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis and automation
• Business intelligence tools such as Power BI for dashboards and reports
