RevOps Performance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a RevOps Performance Analyst to join Pleo’s Revenue Operations team in Madrid. You will bridge raw data and strategic execution, helping scale our automated spend management solutions across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Create holistic insights across the revenue funnel (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to identify bottlenecks and conversion opportunities.
• Develop and maintain automated dashboards serving as the single source of truth for GTM KPIs such as CAC, LTV, NRR, and pipeline velocity.
• Design analytics data models and ensure data integrity across CRM, billing, and BI tools, reconciling discrepancies.
• Support senior management and C‑level stakeholders with data‑driven recommendations on resource allocation and GTM strategy.
• Build and improve predictive models for sales forecasting and churn propensity.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling and predictive statistical techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to translate ambiguous business questions into measurable metrics.
• Ability to challenge unclear definitions and refine logic for business relevance.
• Experience with SaaS metrics such as NRR, Gross Margin and Magic Number.
• Background in RevOps, Sales Ops or strategic finance within a high‑growth environment.
