Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Signaturit Group, a Namirial company and European leader in secure digital transactions, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Barcelona. The SDR manages qualified prospecting campaigns, focuses on inbound and outbound leads, makes first contact with potential clients and schedules meetings for the Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect by engaging leads through targeted campaigns (email, social selling, events, calls) to establish contact and schedule meetings.
• Understand and qualify prospect needs so they match the company's solutions.
• Transfer relevant information to Account Executives to close new business deals.
• Track and monitor performance with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Apollo.
• Analyse lead performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on key KPIs.
• Report activities and results to the manager and help improve SDR team processes.

Required profile

• Higher education in business, marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience in B2B sales; prior experience (internships, projects) in SaaS or digital technology is a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.
• Natural ability to understand and qualify opportunities, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
