Sales Executive - Apartment Leasing

About the role

Greystar, a global real estate platform focused on institutional-quality rental housing, is hiring a Sales Executive for its apartment community in Be Casa Essential Barajas Plaza. The role supports marketing, leasing and occupancy/revenue objectives by handling leasing activities for new residents and renewals of existing residents.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all incoming sales channels and make proactive outbound contact to convert the lead database.
• Answer calls, emails and live chat enquiries professionally and in a timely way.
• Qualify potential applicants and keep contact details accurate and up to date in the relevant systems.
• Turn enquiries and leads into viewing appointments and leases, and conduct viewings and follow-ups.
• Use needs-based selling and negotiation to convert leads and tours into residents.
• Follow up on required documentation, contract returns and payment processing.
• Update property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla so apartments stay listed and generate leads.
• Plan daily activities, support all communities including cross-selling, and help run open days.
• Monitor competitor activity and keep up to date with community, amenities, units and the local area.

Required profile

• General education showing literacy and numeracy.
• Excellent customer service and experience in a sales role within a similar accommodation, hospitality, leisure or membership/reservations environment.
• Ability to influence, adapt quickly and meet customer service and sales targets.
• Organisation, multitasking and attention to detail.
• Culturally aware, adaptable communicator and team player.
• Proactive, able to work autonomously and make decisions.
• Fluent English, spoken and written; additional languages are desirable.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Databases, booking systems and CRM tools such as Entrata, Yardi or Salesforce.
• Online research and presentation tools.
