Salesforce Administrator (CRM)

About the role

Airbus Helicopters (Albacete) is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the Information Management Directorate and manage, drive and monitor the delivery of digital projects in the CRM domain. The role sits between internal teams, managed service providers and users, ensuring the stability, performance and operability of CRM solutions used by Marketing, Sales and Support. It is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce platform configuration and system health, and support Salesforce organization refreshes
• Manage release and audit action plans, monitor licenses and handle license re-harvesting
• Review and validate new platform changes, coordinate integrations and apply security updates
• Document changes in ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
• Troubleshoot and fix Level 2 incidents, route complex issues to Level 3 teams and create knowledge articles

Required profile

• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Salesforce App Builder certification
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, health monitoring and release management (GitLab)

Required skills

• Technical ticketing and monitoring tools such as ServiceNow, Jira and Dynatrace
• English documents (CV and/or cover letter); the position is managed transnationally
