SAP Global Label Management (GLM) Lead - Pharma

About the role

Fusion Consulting, a global Life Sciences consultancy focused on S/4HANA, Data & Cloud and innovative technologies, is looking for an SAP Global Label Management (GLM) Lead in Barcelona. The role leads the GLM workstream in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging, acting as the subject matter expert for labeling solutions and working with Regulatory Affairs, Packaging, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the SAP GLM workstream across implementation, enhancement, rollout and optimization initiatives.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SAP GLM solutions and drive solution design workshops with business, packaging, quality, manufacturing and regulatory stakeholders.
• Define and govern labeling processes, templates, master data requirements and system integrations.
• Collaborate with SAP teams, solution architects, validation teams and external partners, and support testing, validation, training, cutover and go-live.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory, quality and labeling requirements.
• Manage workstream plans, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Support global template deployment, system harmonization and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP GLM Lead, SAP GLM Consultant or SAP Labeling Solution Lead.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
• Fluent business English.

Required skills

• Strong functional expertise in SAP Global Label Management (GLM).
• Experience with pharmaceutical labeling, packaging, artwork and regulatory processes.
• Understanding of SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA integration with labeling and packaging.
• Knowledge of GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV) and quality/compliance requirements.
• Experience leading workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, testing and deployment.
