SAP Integration Technical Architect – Pharma

About the role

Fusion Consulting, a global Life Sciences consultancy focused on S/4HANA, Data & Cloud and innovative technologies, is looking for an experienced SAP Integration Technical Architect for its pharmaceutical client. You will define and govern the integration architecture across a complex SAP and enterprise application landscape, designing scalable, secure and reliable integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP cloud solutions, legacy SAP systems and non-SAP applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the SAP integration architecture, strategy and technical standards.
• Design end-to-end integrations across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP cloud solutions and third-party systems.
• Lead architecture and technical design using SAP Integration Suite / CPI, SAP PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, OData, SOAP, REST and RFC/BAPI.
• Review technical designs and guide integration developers, consultants and vendors.
• Support integration with MES, LIMS, WMS, CRM and cloud applications, and support modernization such as migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite / SAP BTP.
• Ensure monitoring, error handling, security and performance standards, and support transformation, migration and global rollout programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as SAP Integration Architect, Technical Architect or SAP Integration Consultant.
• Extensive experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI, SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC integrations, and SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP.
• Experience integrating SAP with both SAP and non-SAP systems, and in regulated pharmaceutical environments (GxP).
• Experience on large SAP transformation, implementation or rollout programs.
• Fluent English; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
