SAP Master Data MDM/MDG Senior Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

EY GDS Spain is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead SAP Master Data Management (MDM) and Master Data Governance (MDG) projects for leading clients across the EMEA region. You will help organisations improve performance and productivity by designing and delivering data migration and governance solutions on SAP platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to capture data migration and master data governance requirements.
• Translate business needs into SAP‑based solutions, overseeing functional and technical design.
• Manage blueprinting, testing, documentation, and delivery of SAP MDM/MDG projects.
• Design and operate scalable on‑premises or cloud data architectures, covering storage, integration, validation and security.
• Coach and provide feedback to multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Mitigate delivery risks and ensure high‑quality client service.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics or related field (or Master’s degree with up to 5 years experience).
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience delivering SAP solutions, including design, configuration and implementation.
• Proven experience in data migration, master data governance and SAP MDM/MDG projects.
