SAP S/4HANA ePPDS Consultant - Digital Platforms

About the role

Infosys Consulting's Digital Platforms practice is looking for an SAP S/4HANA ePPDS (Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) Consultant. The role leads fit-to-template workshops, translates business needs into SAP solutions and supports production planning, scheduling and manufacturing execution processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fit-to-template workshops and discuss business processes with stakeholders
• Analyse requirements and turn them into SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and Production Planning solutions
• Showcase end-to-end ePPDS and PP processes in show-and-tell workshops and walkthroughs
• Configure and support ePPDS and PP functions according to business needs and template standards
• Identify process gaps, assess impacts and recommend solutions
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams on custom developments and integrations
• Support integration across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Management and other modules
• Assist in ITC, SIT and UAT, and support data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and cutover planning
• Provide defect resolution support during testing and hypercare, and develop functional documentation, test scripts and training materials
• Deliver knowledge transfer and end-user training, and give post-go-live support

Required profile

• Broad business skills including stakeholder management, problem-solving and resilience
• Experience gathering, validating, documenting and communicating data to different audiences
• C2-level written and spoken English and the country's official language(s)
• Willingness to travel for project-related mobility
• 3+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA ePPDS implementation projects

Required skills

• SAP S/4HANA ePPDS (primary skill) and SAP S/4HANA PP (secondary skill)
• Production planning, detailed scheduling, capacity planning, MRP and manufacturing processes
