SAP S/4HANA HRMM System Architect

About the role

Fusion Consulting, a global Life Sciences business and IT consultancy, is looking for an experienced SAP System Architect with strong HR/HCM expertise to lead the design and implementation of the HR Mini Master (HRMM) solution within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role focuses on HR data and processes in S/4HANA, not the full SAP HCM suite.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the HRMM solution architecture in SAP S/4HANA, including how employee and organizational data is represented and maintained.
• Design the solution based on business and technical requirements and ensure integration with surrounding systems.
• Oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP and non-SAP systems such as Workday, including data flows, mappings, interfaces and integration mechanisms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs and guide functional consultants, integration and technical teams.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover and resolution of technical, data and integration issues.
• Maintain architecture and design documentation.

Required profile

• Strong experience with SAP HCM/HR and HR master data and organizational structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HRMM solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design, and with Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration.
• Ability to work with technical teams, stakeholders and business users, and to support implementation, testing and deployment.

Required skills

• SAP HCM, especially Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Integration technologies such as APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware and data mapping.
• Ability to define interface specifications and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Added advantage: knowledge of Workday-to-SAP integration patterns, ABAP and reviewing technical specifications.
