SAP Solutions Lead HXM Consultant for German Business

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a senior SAP Solutions Lead HXM Consultant to support German‑speaking customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into scalable SAP HCM and HXM solutions while ensuring compliance with German payroll regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops and translate German business requirements into SAP HCM Payroll and SAP HXM designs.
• Deliver Application Management Services (AMS) including implementations, change requests, configuration and system enhancements.
• Provide expert support for complex payroll and HR topics, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Own and enhance Payroll Control Center (PCC), InnovaPay and related payroll add‑ons.
• Identify automation opportunities, process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre‑Sales and Delivery teams on transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Payroll / SAP HXM consultant in AMS or implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP Payroll for Germany and experience with German‑speaking customers in the DACH region.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Proven ability to lead customer discussions, workshops and solution design activities.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
