Segment Marketing Manager - Industrial Water

About the role

Sulzer is looking for a strategic, customer-focused Segment Marketing Manager to drive growth across its Industrial Water segment. The role shapes and delivers integrated marketing strategies that connect customer needs with Sulzer's full portfolio, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing and business leaders to turn market insights into go-to-market plans, campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Industrial Water segment marketing strategy.
• Define customer-focused value propositions, positioning and messaging.
• Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, ABM and lead generation.
• Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to support commercial growth and customer engagement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across business units to deliver a strong One Sulzer approach.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B marketing experience within industrial sectors.
• Experience developing and running marketing campaigns, lead generation programmes and performance tracking.
• Ability to turn complex technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions.
• Strong stakeholder management and experience in global matrix organisations.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage.
